Packed with high energy, endless dancing, and three days of pure joy, Merzia and Alec’s wedding will remain unforgettable for us.
With venues spread across Bangalore one of our biggest challenges was ensuring seamless coordination without letting the city’s infamous traffic steal the spotlight. The result? A celebration that played out like a Bollywood blockbuster – every scene bursting with music, color, and emotion.
Alec’s family flew in from Los Angeles and were swept away by the vibrancy of Indian festivities. The Mehendi set the tone—a riot of colors, music, and dance that carried on well into the night. In contrast, the White Wedding at Miraya Greens offered a serene, heartfelt ceremony where vows were exchanged amidst blessings, tears and love.
The Sangeet & Baraat were the showstoppers—complete with dhols, electrifying couple and family performances, and a DJ who kept the floor alive until dawn.
As planners, our role was to curate the entire journey—managing guest hospitality, inter-venue logistics, décor design, vendor coordination, family support, and event flow. Our goal was simple: to keep everything seamless so the couple and their loved ones could savor every moment without worry.
